Moriscos golf club between Motril and Salobrena,

Playa
Granada is a veritable golfer's delight, located one street
back from the beach and overlooking a large driving range. The 18
hole golf course and golf club is a pleasurable 5 minute walk away,
as is Los Moriscos bar and restaurant.

Penthouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and boasts many fine features.
The finishings include polished terracota tiled floors, double-glazed

to take full advantage of its top floor position (4 floors only), guests
will undoubtedly appreciate the very large main terrace that offers full
views of both the Mediterranean and the Sierra mountain range. Patio furniture,
barbecue grill, sun loungers and planters all combine for gracious outdoor
living. Or you may find yourself sipping a leisurely sunset cocktail from
the good-sized, furnished, private terrace that is off the double bedded
room. Both terraces are perfect outdoor spaces in which to enjoy the enviable
climate here.

The
area enjoys a microclimate, subtropical in character, a warm and gentle
18 degrees in winter and an average of 25 degrees in summer. Guests have
full access to the large well-maintained swimming pool on site open mid
June to mid September and there is also a health spa with pool, sauna,
steam room and jacuzzi. A paddle tennis court is also available for residents.
Swimmers and sun-worshippers preferring to paddle the surf and feel the
sand under their toes are only a short stroll away from the beaches.

The
penthouse has a very livable floorplan, with the sleeping areas well separated
from the main sitting and eating areas. The living room can even be closed
off, so late night owls can carry on without disturbing those tucked in
for the evening.
The
large sitting room is beautifully decorated with quality furnishings.
Two chocolate leather sofas provide a plush seat from which to enjoy the
flat-screen TV and DVD/CD music system. A selection of books, CDs, movies
and games are provided for your enjoyment.

A
quiet nook just off the sitting room is outfitted with a beautiful dark
polished wood table and chairs. This dining area is located next to
large sliding glass doors that lead to the main terrace, making it very
convenient if you want to barbecue outside and dine indoors.
The
thoroughly modern kitchen sports all the bells and whistles you need
to prepare your own fare: A four ring electric hob and oven, family-sized
microwave, dishwasher, full-sized fridge and freezer, electric kettle
and coffee maker combine with complete sets of crockery and cookware
to satisfy every need. An open-air separate utility area off the kitchen
houses the washing machine and an extra sink.

double-bedded room features large double sliding doors that open to
a private terrace. One twin-bedded room includes a full ensuite bathroom
with full length bath/shower. There is also a hideaway bed in this room,
boosting the total possible occupancy to seven persons.

Playa
Granada is the sort of place that you could easily make yourself
at home in for the length of your stay. At the same time, if exploring
the area is more to your liking, you can rest assured that you
are ideally located for any number of day trips. The fascinating
Alpujarras villages are even closer to you than the beautiful,
culturally rich city of Granada, home to the famous Alhambra
Palace, last stand of the Moors.

Granada
lies approximately 50 minutes from Playa Granada. Or in the same
amount of time you could find yourself in Nerja, a longtime favorite
destination and home to some excellent Irish pubs, Indian curry
houses and many a happy expat. Don't miss the real Spanish side
of this town, however, the humble local church and the stunning
Balcon de Europa are both worth a visit.
A
car is recommended for this property and there is private garage parking
underneath the building. The penthouse is situated approx. 5 minutes
by car from both Salobrena and Motril, where you will find everything
from fresh markets and boot sales to large supermarkets with convenient
parking.

Salobrena
is a charming castle-topped town with a delightful rabbit warren of
picturesque streets in its old quarter. Motril is a bustling modern
Spanish city with designer shops, great tapas bars, fine restaurants
and a lively nightlife.
