Situated on the Costa Tropical, Salobrena is a beautiful Andalucian town built on a craggy rock overlooking the Mediterranean. At the top of the rock is the Arab castle where incredible views of the coastline and Sierra Nevada mountains can be enjoyed. The maze of narrow streets beneath the castle offers a charming introduction of Moorish Spain to the visitor

Casa Fina is a delightful two bedroom property set amongst the traditional white Moorish houses of Salobrena old town, nestled below the imposing Arab castle. The house is located just a short walk from many excellent bars and restaurants and is a 15 minute walk to the beach. The Chiringuito bars along the mile long beach offer a variety of refreshments and are exceptionally good value. It is in an ideal location whether you are looking to relax or enjoy the activities that Andalucia has to offer. It should be noted that the streets of the old town of Salobrena can be steep in places.

The Sierra Nevada, Spain's highest mountain range, is a magnificent backdrop to this partly undiscovered area of Spain. The area enjoys a microclimate, subtropical in character, a warm and gentle 18 degrees in winter and an average of 25 degrees in summer. The beaches on the Costa Tropical are unspoiled, there are golf courses in Granada (18 holes) and Los Moriscos golf course (9 holes) just 3kms from Salobrena. There is also the Marina at the Port of Motril. In the winter months you can go skiing in the Sierras in the morning and sunbathe on the beach or terrace in the afternoon.

• Available: All year. 4 persons maximum.
• Ground Floor: Entrance door to house opening on to sitting room.
• Sitting room: comfortably furnished with sofa, chairs and CD player/radio, DVD and TV (English satellite free to air programmes).
• Leading to Kitchen/Dining Room: fully fitted kitchen with microwave, gas hob/oven, crockery and cutlery, fridge/freezer, table and chairs.
• Bathroom: with basin, sink and bath/shower.
• Bedroom 1: two single beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp
• Upstairs to:
  • Bedroom 2: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp
  • Upstairs to:
    • Landing: washing machine, laundry basin
    • Utility room: storage room for terrace furniture
    • Door to: spiral stairs and roof terrace
• Special Notes: bedding and bath towels are provided. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. No pets. Refundable damage deposit £100.
• Airports: Malaga 1.5 hours, Almeria 1.5 hours, Madrid 4.5 hours, Granada 50 minutes

• Notes on prices:additional £25 for first extra person and £20 for second extra person. We consider the property most suitable for two people, however, it does sleep 4 and all inquiries are welcome

• Changeover day:Saturday to Saturday preferred, but stays of less than one week or mid-week arrival/departure dates are catered for.
