Villa Maria Louisa is situated on a hilltop 5 minutes behind the town of Motril with stunning views across the Costa Tropical coastline and surrounding hills. The house is not overlooked by other properties offering total peace and privacy.

Once inside the private gates, you are in your own world. With space to comfortably accommodate up to 8/9 people, Villa Maria Louisa is a fantastic getaway for families wanting some fun in the sun. Parents will appreciate the secured fencing that surrounds the property. Several features of the house are designed for maximum convenience. There is a WC accessible from the back of the house, nicely situated for kids; the outdoor bar/kitchen/BBQ is a perfect shaded area next to the pool and is ideal for keeping an eye on the children as they play in the pool and altogether makes a very enjoyable outdoor experience.

The outdoor area features large refrigeration units, double sink units, gas cooker and oven, cutlery and crockery, music system, large BBQ, bar stools and table and chairs.

The large private swimming pool (11 mtrs x 9 mtrs with steps at one corner) is surrounded on all sides by sunbathing areas with sun umbrellas and sunloungers - all set amid flower beds and palm trees. Thoughtfully placed night lighting means the grounds can be enjoyed around the clock. The gardens offer children plenty of space to play within.

In the main house the sunny kitchen affords all the amenities, from dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer, gas hob and electic oven offering plenty of work and storage space. The kitchen window looks over the patio and barbecue area, which is conveniently accessed from the kitchen through a back door.

The comfortable sitting room is well equipped with CD and DVD players, free-to-air English, German and French speaking satellite channels and Spanish TV reception, books and games. A wood burning stove adds the perfect cosy touch after a day of skiing, or for taking the chill off the cooler winter evenings.

Sunshine streams into the good-sized bedrooms (one double with ensuite bathroom including jacuzzi bath, one double with additional bunk beds and one twin). The house bathroom is large and spacious and there is a separate WC.

Villa Maria Louisa is a five-minute drive from Motril, the largest town on the Costa Tropical de Granada. Here you have access to modern grocery stores, hundreds of authentic eateries and excellent shopping from luxurious to bargain. The fresh food market is open every day except Sunday, and the rastro-style mercadillo comes to town every Tuesday and Friday. This is all five minutes from your holiday home. A car is essential.
